Remodeled and meticulously disinfected between stays, this unit is tucked away at the end of a quiet, bayside residential enclave. Near the best restaurants and family entertainment OC has to offer. 2 bedrooms w/Smart TVs, 2 baths. Fully equipped and kitchen with dishwasher and Keurig. Private covered deck steps from seasonal pool. Provided toiletries are cruelty free. Includes free offstreet parking.
The space
This is a full service condominium, no need to bring your own sheets, towels, paper products, trash bags, cooking equipment or toiletries…we provide it all! You are on vacation, just unlock the door and start enjoying immediately.
Magazine, games, books, and DVDs are all here for your enjoyment. Both bedrooms and the main living space have TVs for those quiet nights at home. You’ll also have access to all of our beach equipment. This includes chairs, a beach cart, noodles, kickboards, sand toys, and various items to enjoy your idyllic beach day!
Our home is fully equipped with all bed linens, towels, toiletries (cruelty-free), coffee/tea, and seasonings/spices. We believe that health and safety is critically important to offering a 5 star guest experience. As such we employ professional cleaners who thoroughly clean and disinfect all surfaces ahead of your stay. All bedding, including blankets and throws, are cleaned between stays. Mattresses and pillows are all protected by antimicrobial covers for added protection.
We consider this enclave to be the perfect family location. In case of event weekends, you will be far enough away from the hustle and noise of Philadelphia/Coastal Highway (.6 miles), but still walkable to it all. This small community, across the street from the Bay, is occupied mainly by year round owners. Grassy, fully fenced common yard is perfect for kids, and you are just steps from the uncrowded seasonal pool (weather dependent but typically open May-Sept). A short stroll through this peaceful neighborhood offers several opportunities to watch beautiful bay sunsets.
It’s .6 miles from this dead end inlet on Bayshore Drive to get to shops and restaurants on Philadelphia/Coastal Highway. The famous OC beach and boardwalk are just beyond Phili/Coastal Highway, about another 5-7 min walk. This is the quiet end of the boardwalk, with most amusements (and crowds) further south.
There is a tram that runs the entire distance of the OC Boardwalk in season, if you’d prefer to experience “the boards” without walking. Unlimited 24 hr passes on the beach bus are only $3 and will take you to all the hot spots in town, including the Inlet beach/boardwalk area.
As hosts, the most important thing we can provide our guests is safety and security. Our professionally contracted cleaning company exceeds Airbnb’s 5-step enhanced cleaning protocol by not only cleaning high touch surfaces, but rather disinfecting ALL surfaces, including door handles, keys, cabinets, faucets, switches, etc. ALL bedding is cleaned between stays, not just the sheets and pillowcases. Although decorative bed pillows are also sanitized between stays and available for your use, we put nothing on the beds that hasn’t gone through the extensive deep heat wash.
Our property has an onsite manager visible to ensure guest safety. The condo HOA rules are more restrictive than many in an effort to provide a safe, family-friendly environment where all are welcome (i.e. no loud noises after 11 pm). This condo is not the right option for you if you are seeking a rowdy, party atmosphere. Our location provides a sanctuary from the traffic and noise, while still keeping you in the heart of all local attractions. If this meets your expectations for an OC getaway, we welcome you to book!

Other things to note
Condo common area and pool rules are located in the unit for your review and convenience. Per HOA, you must be age 25 or older or accompanied by a parent/legal guardian at all times to rent, no parties, pets, unregistered guests, or events. Absolutely no smoking. Also per HOA requirements, units have sound monitoring devices to ensure fair compliance with the 11 pm quiet time regulation.
