Looking for a family-friendly home that provides the same amenities as those high rise properties, but with the added convenience of free parking right at your door? Our villa offers both indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, racquetball, basketball, canal-front walking path…all steps to the famous OC beach! Our 2 bedroom 2 bath home is equipped with all linens and every comfort of home. Offering uniquely private outdoor space and near the best attractions, this is OC’s best kept secret.
The space
Unload your belongings without the hassle of circling for parking or waiting for an elevator. Unlock the gate and a quick walk up the staircase reveals your modern, renovated home away from home! With an open floor plan and split bedroom concept, you can indulge in the privacy of your own space, while ensuring the kids or extended family have plenty of space to spread out. The remodeled kitchen offers everything you’d need to make a special meal at home, or get takeout and enjoy it on your sunny balcony. Prior to 2022, only friends and family were hosted here, so enjoy the like-new furnishings including memory foam beds and modernized bathroom spaces.
Magazine, games, books, and DVDs are all here for your enjoyment. Both bedrooms and the main living space have TVs for those quiet nights at home. You’ll also have access to all of our beach equipment. This includes chairs, a beach cart, noodles, kickboards, sand toys, and various items to enjoy your idyllic beach day!
Our home is fully equipped with all bed linens, towels, toiletries (cruelty-free), coffee/tea, and seasonings/spices. We believe that health and safety is critically important to offering a 5 star guest experience. As such we employ professional cleaners who thoroughly clean and disinfect all surfaces ahead of your stay. All bedding, including blankets and throws, are cleaned between stays. Mattresses and pillows are all protected by antimicrobial covers for added protection.
We consider this neighborhood to be the ideal home base for an OC vacation. Just steps from Coastal Highway, but tucked away in a residential locale, it provides the best of both worlds. You are directly behind the 118th Street shopping plaza which offers several restaurants, a grocery store, and other conveniences. The beach is less than a half mile, just across Coastal Highway. Also walk to The Original Crabcake Factory, The Original Greene Turtle, Fast Eddie’s, The Buzzed Word, and the OC Bayhopper water taxi service…quick and enjoyable water transportation to all the hot spots along the Bay.
Guest access
Free parking year round. You will be provided with 2 parking passes upon check in for use during your stay. Just a few minutes away via walking is the OC Bayhopper water taxi, giving you added options to get to the amusements and restaurants near the inlet, but without the chaos of driving. Or, get a 24 hour Beach Bus Pass for $3 and take unlimited trips on the public bus from the DE border to the Inlet.
Indoor Pool Details: The indoor pool is heated and open year round for guests, with the exception of Sundays when it it closed for cleaning. The indoor pool and sauna are located in a free-standing building about a 4 minute walk from the villa. As per all the on-site amenities, there are no shared indoor hallways or walkways to access. Parking is available directly outside the pool building and other amenities if needed.
Other things to note
This is a safe, family friendly condo close to a variety of restaurants and things to do. Please no parties as this is a quiet, tight-knit, residential community. Our neighbors will not hesitate to report any excessive noise to the Police and to us, so we ask you to respect them. We don’t like those awkward late night calls either!
This condo is bayside Ocean City. The bay is primarily for water sports; jet skis, boating, fishing, etc. There are no public beaches on the bay in Ocean City – probably for good reason as there are many jellyfish. The bay does have the most beautiful sunsets, and there are several areas and micro-parks to view the bay throughout our neighborhood.

A quick walk from this family-friendly resort and you have the best of OC all around you…the less-crowded beach, Original Crabcake Factory, Original Greene Turtle, Northside Park, Alley Oops Uptown, and the newest OC gem, The Buzzed Word bookstore and wine shop.
Our villa is in a quiet, residential area directly behind the Food Lion on 118th street. You’ll have access to a quaint boardwalk along the canal directly behind your building, with small, grassy parks throughout the complex. Less than 5 min walk to the OC Bayhopper, OC’s premier water taxi and shuttle service which takes guests on demand from the DE border to the inlet, and any stop in between. Also just a few mins walk to Coastal Highway and the beach bus that runs the same route from DE to the inlet.
Getting around
Free parking right outside your villa! No need to drag all your bags though a lobby, elevator, and down long hallways. Just unlock the secure gate, walk upstairs, and you’re home. Easy access and zero shared spaces keeps your family safe.
